Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Drillin AIR app provided by Drillin OÜ. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions & billing

• Drillin AIR offers auto-renewable subscriptions that grant a monthly allowance of AI generations.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• The monthly generation allowance resets each billing period and does not roll over.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the rights or privacy of others. You are responsible for the images and prompts you submit and must have the right to use them.

Your content

You retain ownership of the images and prompts you provide and the videos you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs and deliver the generated output through our providers.

AI-generated output

Output is produced by automated models and may be inaccurate or unexpected. It is provided "as is" for your personal use.

Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drillin OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
